Overreaching and incorrect statement on slide. Claims that "Those Who Don't Cruise Don't Bruise" at the 7:07 mark.

536 people had read this.

The Correct Title is "Those Who Don't Cruise Rarely Bruise" and it compares incidents of bruising from 0-36 months.
Cruisers do bruise but much less frequently that Cruisers.
*The Study clearly states that they excluded children with abuse diagnoses.
*The study clearly states it only included children on well child visits which a reason person would interpret as likely reducing the frequency of the overall count. Because of publicity about abuse accusation due to bruises, it is possible that parents with a scheduled well child visit might cancel the appointment if their child has a bruise (accidental or non-accidental).

Note that neither the link to the JAMA article, or the link to the graphic makes the statement. It was added on the slide.
